Year 1 were lucky enough to spend some time finding out about the role of a police officer this morning. They were able to try on some uniform, have a look inside a police car and try out the lights and sirens which were very loud!
Well done year 2 for working really hard to create fruit smoothies…they looked delicious.
Maple Class had so much fun today when the police visited us. Here they are in the police car and trying on some of the uniform.
Year 6 enjoyed their visit from the police today. A few children have aspirations to be a police man or woman when they grow up!
On Thursday the children were given a presentation about Dementia, by representatives of Bluebird Care. They were informed about what Dementia is and of how it affects some people; the children listened beautifully throughout the talk.
