Oak class at Wingham

Oak class enjoyed a fantastic visit to Wingham Wildlife park. We had the chance to see lots of different animals and we even got the chance to touch and hold some of them. Thank you to all the adults that came with us to help on our trip, we had a great time!

The last 7 days…

We have had a busy last 7 days in Sycamore Class. On Thursday, we said goodbye to Harry as his family are relocating to Scotland. Vowel Bats

As the weather has been so nice, we decided to take our learning outside. We have been learning about which letters are vowels by listening to a very catchy song called ‘Vowel Bats.’ The children wrote the five vowels on whiteboards and placed them around the playground. Gymnastics club!

The children in gymnastics club have had lots of fun exploring climbing and balancing this week. They have had the chance to use the wall bars and lots of other climbing apparatus.

Healthy snacks!

Oak class tried some delicious snacks this week, thanks to Annabelle who went shopping for all her favourite things! For some of us it was the first time we had tried hummus dip and crackers and fresh pineapple. Most of us agreed they were delicious!
