Birch class had an enjoyable afternoon reproducing art work using colours and styles indigenous to Mexico. We learnt why certain colours are frequently used by Mexican artists and why bright blue is also a common colour used within their art.
Year 2 have been learning about sliding mechanisms. All the children drew the London landmarks using charcoal crayons. They then printed and stuck pictures of London transport on strips of card to make sliding mechanisms. Mrs Bond & Mrs Woolley are extremely proud of the amazing drawings of all the children.
