The children in Maple Class were asked how many ways they could make an amount using different coins. All the children worked really well together & demonstrated fantastic resilience.
EYFS & KS1 enjoyed their visit from the Fire Service today. All the children were taught about fire safety & what to do in an emergency. The children behaved with an exceptionally grown up attitude!
On Thursday Year 2 researched cyberbullying, finding out what cyberbullying means, what to do if they experience cyberbullying & how to help & support friends who have been bullied online.

The children in art club had great fun learning about pointillism. The children then started their autumn scene using the skills of painting with small dots.
This week in geography, Maple Class have been learning about the United Kingdom; finding out which countries form the U.K. The children have also been looking at the flag for each country & finding out how the flag of the Union Kingdom, the Union Jack, is formed.
EYFS & KS1 were visited today by the travelling panto. The children had great fun enjoying the performance of Beauty & the Beast.
Year 2 had lots of fun during our Christmas Party this afternoon. Thank you to Sally from Above & Beyond Balloons for entertaining the children, they had an amazing time!
