Welcome back to the new academic year!
I didn’t have time to ‘thank’ the PTA at the end of last year for arranging the ‘soak the teacher’ event on the last day of term! Mrs George, Mr Miller and I all got soaked thanks to lots and lots of children paying to throw wet sponges at us! A big thank you to everyone that stayed at the end of school to join in the fun! We raised over £70 from the event and, if I’m honest, it was quite nice to get a cold sponge in the face on such a hot day! I’m told that this is going to be an annual event…
