Kemsley success at Tri Golf festival

A team from Year 3 and 4 attended the Tri Golf festival today at Borden Grammar school. The festival which was organised by the Sittingbourne and Sheppey School Sports Partnership included some coaching from the Borden Grammar year 10 sports leaders as well as a timed competition around 8 skills stations. There were also points awarded for “skills for life” which focused on qualities such as teamwork and enthusiasm.

The team worked hard and showed excellent behaviour and collaboration skills.

We were very pleased to be awarded joint 4th place in the “skills for life” competition, and a fantastic day was completed when we were awarded 3rd place in the Tri Golf.

The players are very excited about being presented with their bronze medals and certificates for the competition and also their school bronze award for representing our school, which will happen later this week in front of the whole school in our “Celebration assembly”

Well done to you all!
