This week Willow Class, as part of our literacy lessons, have been writing dinosaur stories. The children have thought about the start, middle and end of their stories, drew pictures of their dinosaurs and created adjective word webs to describe them. Today all the children worked hard at putting everything together to create front covers for their storybooks which included a title, illustration and the author’s name. Tomorrow the children in Nursery will be coming into Willow Class to visit our ‘dinosaur reading nest’. The children in Willow Class are all looking forward to reading their stories to the younger children.
