Safer Internet Day

Today is Safer Internet Day – all the children will have completed activities in class to remind them about how to stay safe on-line. The theme of today (Nationally) is The Power of Image; in assembly we discussed how we need to think about what images we search for, or post on-line, and of how we need to ensure we speak to a responsible adult if we are not sure about something we see or hear (Key Stage 1 even learnt a song… with actions!). On-line safety is so very important and we strive to ensure the children are constantly aware of this in school and at home. Ask your child what they did today…!

Please note  – we will be having a discussion forum for all parents and carers (hosted by a representative from the NSPCC)  in March, more details to follow!
