The children in Maple Class have been learning how to solve addition calculations using a blank number line. We drew our own number lines, recorded our starting number then jumped forwards the number we needed to add. We then counted on from our starting number to find the answer. We had to remember to count carefully to make sure we reached the correct number! Mrs Bond, Mrs Woolley & Mr Hall were all very proud of us!
